Precious Twin B is a realistic preemie or small newborn size baby doll, sculpted by the very talented Bonnie Brown. She has medium brown rooted hair and a fair complexion with mottling, and veins. Her color will look slightly different in different lighting, so I took pictures in natural light at different times of day to show the difference.
She has a belly plate that sticks under her diaper for posing.
