My latest reborn baby doll…Jody by Linda Murray. She is a preemie size reborn at 16 inches long and weighs 3 pounds 8 ounces.

My name is Betty Ann Blackburn and Iam a professional reborn doll artist. I’ve made more than 400 of these dolls and sold them around the world. I 100% guarantee my work. The techniques and mediums I use are unique to me.

Her skin is painted with many layers of Gensis heat set paints. Every layer was painted, air dried, heat set and then cooled at room temperature. Her paint will NOT wear or rub off. She is weighted to feel like a real baby when you hold her. She has a baby powder baby fresh scent and looks very real even up close.

Liu-San is another beautiful sculpt from the very talented Adrie Stoete. She is a full size newborn baby who smells, feels and looks so real you’ll think she is going to blink at any moment!

She was reborn by myself, Betty Ann Blackburn

Liu-San is 6 pounds 14 ounces and measures 20 inches long. She takes newborn size outfits and diapers.

She has dark brown hair that was rooted one hair at a time using a 43g rooting needle. There are no plugs of hair and it is glued on the inside so it will not pull out. The glue is water proof so you can also wash her hair if you like.

This gorgeous reborn baby girl doll started as a Joshua sculpt by Reva Schick. She was made from many many layers of very thin heat set paint, and then her head was rooted one hair at a time with a very fine needle. I use my own techniques for painting that no one else uses…this gives a very real looking skin, upclose and at a distance.

I named her Jenny, but I can change her name for the new mommy.

Jenny was medium brown hair that can be styled straight, wavy or curly, simply by wetting and combing.

She is adopted already, but I plan on doing another one later this month, and of course I can always do one as a custom order

Bella is the size of a preemie baby or 16 inches long. She is great for posing. Her open eyes are light brown with light brown eyelashes.

Bella has an identical twin sister….Ella, who is also on ebay. Bella is the open eye twin and Ella is the closed eye twin.

Their skin was painted in very thin layers of genesis heat set paints. I used at least 25 layers…each layer painted, air dried, then heat set for 8 minutes and then allowed to cool to room temperature before starting the next layer.

Their hair was micro-rooted one or two strand at a time with a very small needle. It was rooted in a direction pattern and can be spritzed with water to style.
